ARCSeeker with Enterprise Architect
ARCSeeker has powerful linkage features with Enterprise Architect to manage and reuse EA's UML models.
Summary
The following figure shows the summary of ARCSeeker working with Enterprise Architect.

The UML model made by Enterprise Architect is stored into ARCSeeker. You specify target packages to store. ARCSeeker supports to create information to reuse the model. For example, all diagrams in a package are automatically stored as images, so that the relationships are easily checked without launching EA. Specifying packages in the model are also very easy.

You can add various information to components, which is what EA calls package. By managing data as components, you can have additional information or related files (eg. specification files in Word or Excel format, and test items). The following image is a component which has related files.

When you start a new software development, you import useful components to the new EA project file. You can not only refer to the imported models, but update them. When update, you can register the model as "derived model" from the original component. The derived components are shown like the following relationship diagram.
